SMT also helps in the implementation of management projects such as the implementation of business intelligence systems, the design of dynamic scorecards and the definition of KPIs, HR development in terms of competencies and talents, the implementation of a good governance rules approach within the company, a risk management plan related to the organization’s activity development of a strategic plan of the company.

All the previously mentioned projects which will be conducted and implemented are preceded by in-depth diagnoses.

The interventions are focused on the reality of the field of activity of the company concerned by the training-coaching project.
